Cut the chicken thighs into 1 inch wide strips, or cubes, as desired
In a medium sized bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, sweet paprika, ground garlic, black pepper, cajun seasoning, chili flakes and brown sugar
Add in the cut chicken thighs, mixing well to coat. Set aside for thirty minutes to marinate
In another bowl, make the sauce. Combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and sriracha. Set aside.
Skewer the chicken thighs on to metal skewers, or soaked bamboo skewers. Soaking the bamboo skewers for at least thirty minutes will prevent them from burning while cooking.
Place the skewered chicken directly on to the tray of your T-Fal Infrared Air Fryer. There is no need to preheat the Air Fryer.
Secure the tray into the basket and place the basket inside the machine.
Turn the power of the T-Fal Infrared Air Fryer on, and press the ‘broil’ option.
Set the temperature to 375F, and the cooking time to 10 minutes. Press the ‘Crispy Finish’ function, this will add an extra two minutes of Infrared cooking time and yield the crispiest, juiciest chicken once done.
Press ‘start’.
Once the cook time has completed, the machine will beep to notify you that it is done.
Remove the chicken, serve over warm jasmine rice. Drizzle with bang bang sauce and garnish with the parsley and chives.
